This month is FLYING by!! It’s almost February and Valentine’s Day!!!! I finally had the chance to add some new Valentine’s cards and a few other designs to the shop:)
The downfall to working at a web design company is that updating my own website and shop is the last possible thing that I want to do when I get home! On the plus side, it is staying light till after 6 so I feel more productive when I get out of work instead of feeling like curling up under a big fluffy blanket!
I really can’t believe that it’s already January 2013!!! This past year while it wasn’t my favorite as it was happening, there were still lots of good memories! Since its a week into January I know that many have already broken (or even forgotten…) their New Year Resolutions. I made this sheet up for my own resolutions/goals/intentions/plans/etc. last week after my pastor’s sermon on having a vision and making intentions for the year. I made two different designs so feel free to print out either or both for your own personal use:) I would suggest printing it on cardstock and then displaying it in a spot where you can be challenged everyday!
Hey there!!! Yeah its been awhile! I got a full time web design job (yay!!! woohoo!!! hooray!!) so after spending 8 hours sitting in front of a computer, the last thing I want to do is spend more time on the computer. Plus my scanner cord stopped working, my dog ate my camera (seriously…), and my phone stopped working! It was a kinda nice technology free month, kinda lol. But now I am back!!! A new scanner cord, a new cell phone, and a lovely Canon dslr that was an early Christmas present from the awesome fiance! So this weekend I will have all of the christmas cards in the shop and ready to be wisked to your abode to give out to all your loved ones:) I will also be posting FREE printable gift tags, just as a thanks for all the support in these first few months of official business:)

Over on the You Are site I showed how to make stove top espresso with a Moka pot, my absolute favorite way to make coffee. Lately I have been mixing in a few tablespoons of pumpkin puree with my almond milk for a home made pumpkin spice latte. Go try it, its pretty awesome and easy!!
Also I am so so so thankful that my family in New Jersey was safe! Fortunately they did not lose power, or flood, or have any damage!!! Unfortunately, that can not be said for much of my home state:( Please keep everyone praying for this because it will take a very long time for some people to recover!
Turquoise, agua, light blue, whatever you want to call it, its one of my favorite colors! In fact my room at home is a lovely light shade of aqua thats slightly more greenish the a Tiffany box:) Feast your eyes on some turquoise-y blue loveliness:
